Battery Ee Prom Works Crackle
Setting up this display was a breeze. Attach base, connect HDMI High Speed Cable to your 3D Blu-Ray, plug in the AC Power Cord and you're good to go! 3D movies look fantastic and the Sony 3D games look great as well. The picture is sharp and clear. Now, it doesn't come with a remote, but that's not really a problem as my cable box remote works with it just fine - you just need to program the remote to work with Sony TVs - just enter the manufacturer code into the remote until the TV turns on. Or, if you don't have a cable remote, you can purchase a cheap universal remote that will work just as good as well. My only complaint is that the menu buttons are placed on the back of the monitor - you can't really see them and as such, you have to hunt for the button to get what you want - although after a while you remember what button does what without having to look at them.
The 3D glasses aren't the most comfortable in the world but they work. After a while I got used to them. They do sell better glasses on Amazon.
Conectado Sin Acceso A Internet Windows 7 Wifi Drivers. I've had this display for 5 months now and haven't had any major problems. Very rare - but it does happen - the display will turn off on its own. I just turn it back on.
I hope this review helps.:-). I wanted a huge smart 3d tv and a couple friends steered me this way. I have a PS3 already and I will be the first to say I HATE PS3. And most Sony products, but Sony has redeemed themselves with me due to this little marvel.

The 3d is out of this world. And 240hz for a 24 inch?! This tv was the way to go for me. The PS3 is a 3d bluray player so i have that.
And it also has the apps i need: netflix, hulu, crackle, etc. So no need in a smart tv. The picture is so clear and crisp that I sit 5-6 feet away and have no problem seeing even the smallest of words on the screen. YOU JUST SHOULD'VE KEPT MAKING THIS INSTEAD OF DISCONTINUING THIS PRODUCT!!!! SHAME ON YOU.
I purchased this display along with an extra pair of Sony 3D glasses. What can i say?
I am quite happy with the product so far. 3D on this display looks amazing. The best thing about this display is the fact that i can connect with my 2011 13inch MacBook pro. All i need is mini display to HDMI adapter and hook it up with this Display then you are good to go.
If you want the best color setting for your mac, go to system preference and calibrate the display according to mac setting. The odd thing is the controls on the back of the display. Since there's no remote for the display, you have to guess when you are adjusting the color setting. The PlayStation TV is actually one of the best performing TV in terms of picture quality.
It easily can complete with expensive high end HDTVs. Black level performance is amazing for an LED display. Picture is also bright with natural color.
This TV can be used also as a computer monitor and its one of the best for also PC gaming because of its great picture and fast refresh rate. 3D pops very live like. The only issue is the the very reflective screen which is like a mirror. If you say Candyman 5 times at this TV while its off, he might actually jump out of the TV and grab in the most real-life 3D which would be more than you bargained for.
I read all of the reviews before buying this product. I was scared at first because of everyone saying about this product not working properly or stop working. Thankfully my works just great. Crisp display, 3d quality is perfect, and sound quality is amazing. Other reviewers have a problem with the buttons to the display, which is on the back not side, but it's not a big deal. Only downside to this product, and very annoying, is that at times the screen will cut off then back on for no reason.
Overall for $200 this is a great buy for those wanting to play video games in full HD and 3d without spending almost $1300 or more for the same quality. Had it for awhile now, use it often. Bought it for use in my semi (Im an OTR trucker) in my down time and it has been awesome. Nice to have some comforts of home in the truck. 3D works good, Games and Blu-rays look awesome, sound is good, haven't had any issues. I take time to make sure it is protected between 2 pillows when traveling, and I use a 1000w inverter for this and the PS3, again, no issues what so ever.
Only gripe is no remote. It would be nice but Im not going to knock off a star. UPDATE: as of 8/15/14 the unit will no longer power on. It was nice while it lasted. I got more life then many people did. I loved this TV up until about a week ago.
I had had absolutely no problems until I came home and it wouldn't turn on. The light would turn blue, then green, then start blinking red. I of course look to the internet to find a solution. My last stop was the Sony sight and customer service. According to Sony and the couple hours of research I did, the only solution is to ship it back to Sony, which could take up to a month to get back. Even tho the rep I talked to said this problem is very rare, if you do a little bit of snooping online, its all too common for me, and I'm gonna start saving for a new TV even if this one doesn't have problems.
The 2 issues I had with this is that the glass panel on right side is slowly popping out the frame which tells me it was poorly manufactured. A common issue I discovered with other owners is that the display would occasionally cut out because I assume I had the brightness level at 10, but stopped when I reduced it to 5, so in my opinion the product can't handle the settings it was made for. I looked on YouTube and I found a more severe probelm were the EEPROM chip on the circuit board, which I am leaning towards that is faulty on my display and would result in the display not turning on at all. To fix this you would need to send it in to a repair shop or find a replacement EEPROM chip, dismantle the display and solder in yourself. I'm afraid I couldn't recommend this display to anyone because of these issues that would require you to go leaps and bounds to get it fixed, but that's in my opinion, especially when you read other reviews that buyers had to send it in when they had it for less then a month.
While my car is in the shop getting those rubberized 'curtains' replaced on the sunroof, I asked the SA to look (again) at the overhead rear ambient lighting fixture.specifically the plastic white ring that covers the surround lighting. To get an idea of how this sounds while drivingyou can press on the ring with all five fingers (while the car is stopped) and you should hear the crackling noisethe wind buffeting while the sunroof is open accelerates this. As I reported on this forum in the past, this is a sound like the crinkling of paper while driving at highway speeds with the sunroof fully open.
The foreman of the shop that mostly works on my car has disassembled that unit and either removed or added (have to talk to him later) material in attempts to stop this noise and he had it greatly reduced but not gone. I just received a call from the SA and he stated that the foreman, mentioned above, just got a new E and stated that his is doing the same thing and it is 'normal' and 'there is 'no fix for it at the present time'. But that’s what they said about my audio problem also and that got resolved with the help of the of the regional manager.
